It gives me immense pleasure to extend to you our most cordial invitation to participate in the Campus Recruitment Programmes of our institute. BIT Sindri is one of the oldest and premier institutions in India under the Department of Higher & Technical Education, Jharkhand. It is affiliated with AICTE and accredited with the NBA. Since its inception in 1949, the college has produced numerous global leaders in engineering and is one of the front runners in the field of research.
The institute aims to continue its legacy by creating quality technocrats who can substantially become frontline leaders. The institute has 10 engineering departments (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Mining Engineering). The institute also has five basic science departments, namely, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, and Humanities. We offer Undergraduate (B.Tech), Post Graduate (M.Tech), and Doctoral programs.
Apart from these programs, the institute offers a wide range of research and development programs and has a Centre for Excellence in collaboration with Siemens. Our students are one of the best pools of students selected through a rigorous selection procedure of JEE (Joint Entrance Examinations). We proudly house a pool of the country’s finest brains. The college is known for its widespread alumni network. We are equipped with highly qualified faculties, an updated curriculum, a technology-driven environment for collaborative learning, good infrastructure, and a lush green campus.
