position of Trainee Engineer. Best of Breed Software Solutions

Job Profile: Trainee Engineer
Eligibility: BE/B-Tech (CS, IT, Electronics) or MCA Pass out with
Knowledge of C, C++, Java, J2EE

Interview Time: 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM and 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM

Job Details:
 1. First six months – Trainee Engineer.
2. Probation Period – Six Months Application Support Engineer (Under
Probation).
3. On Successful completion of Training and Probation Period –
Application Support Engineer.
4. Initially the selected candidate will be allocated with relevant
projects specially customer facing activities like support, training
or development or any other related areas to be developed as a
customer friendly associate.
5. On completion of 2 years after the training period and Probation,
based on the skill sets, aptitude and availability of projects,
employees can be moved to skilled activities like software
development/ R&D/ Architecture.
6. Company shall provide six months extensive training on various
skills and on completion of probation, based on the skill sets
acquired, projects will be allocated. Initial project allocation
period will be for a period of 24 months and subsequently the project
period will be between 6-12 months. Commitment for the completion of
the allocated project is mandatory.
